Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, all product photos on ManazGlobal are taken from actual items in our inventory. Colors may slightly vary due to lighting or display settings, but the product quality and specifications will match the images and descriptions provided.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is automatically emailed to you after checkout. You can also find it under My Account → Orders on our website. If you can’t find it, just contact support and we will resend it.

How can I return an item?

If you want to return a product, simply contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. After verification, we will process your replacement or refund based on our return policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
